Lithina Villas are 4 traditionally stone made villas, which are situated, on the side of the cliffs over looking the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea . All apartments have amazing sea views of the south-east coastline.
The villas are surrounded by lush greenery of pine trees and olive groves and are secluded making them the ideal location for a relaxing peaceful holiday.
ACCOMMODATION
Lithina Villas comprise of three villa style houses, each separated into two separate apartments (one ground floor apt and first floor apts have two storeys) plus one large villa with three storeys suitable for up to 10 persons and offer possibly the best views on the island.
The villas have been constructed in traditional Zakynthian style in stone and wood. Wooden beams are a theme that runs through all the apartments. All furniture and interior decoration is traditional and in keeping with the style; the owner has done even the artistic paintings hanging on the walls.
Villa Sarantis:
Ground-floor apartment suitable for up to 4 persons.
A seperate bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for extra persons. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished living area with mini Hi-Fi and large double balcony.
The apartment has air-conditioning . The first floor apartment is a two-storey accommodation suitable for up to 6 persons. Downstairs is a separate bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa beds for extra persons and bathroom with shower and w.c. A wooden staircase leads you to the upstairs that is open plan with a double and single bed, kitchenette, furnished balcony and bathroom with shower and w.c.
The apartment is air-conditioned with two units, TV, mini Hi-Fi and outdoor BBQ.
Villa Victoria :
A large ground-floor apartment suitable for up to 5-6 persons. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and furnished balcony and the other has twin beds. The living area is spacious with a sofa bed to accommodate extra persons, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with w.c and shower, TV, mini Hi-Fi and Air-conditioning . The first floor apartment is a two-storey accommodation suitable for up to 8 persons. On the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, large lounge area with sofa beds to accommodate extra persons, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower/w.c. A wooden staircase leads you to the upstairs, which has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has twin beds, living area, kitchen with fridge and bathroom. Villa Amanda:
Ground-floor apartment suitable for up to 4 persons. A separate bedroom with double bed, living area with sofa bed for extra persons. Fully equipped kitchen, electric fans, furnished living area and large double balcony. The first floor apartment is a two-storey accommodation suitable for up to 6 persons. Villa Hanna:
Villa Hannah is a large 3-storey villa suitable for up to 10 persons.
It has five spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and three with twin beds, three bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen and one kitchenette with fridge, living area with sofa bed for extra persons, three large furnished balconies, electric fans and outdoor BBQ. Spacious living areas tastefully decorated in traditional Zakynthian style.
LOCATION – DISTANCES
Lithina Villas are located just outside the resort of Vassilikos, in the area known as Xyro-Castelo which is one of the most picturesque areas of Zakynthos.
It is 6,5 km from the capital Zakynthos Town and the main port of the island and 10 km from the Airport.
