Built within green garden, Andreolas' villa is spacious and has large terraces for sitting in shade and sun. From the upper's floor verandah you will enjoy beautiful sea views. At sunset, warm up the evening with a sizzling BBQ and dine al fresco.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor you will find a bright airy living / dining room with fire-place which opens on to the terrace that provides a cool retreat from the midday sun, a modern, fully-fitted kitchen with all kinds electrical appliances (refrigerator, micro wave oven, coffee maker, kettle, cooker with electric rings and oven, dish washing machine), one room with two single beds; bathroom with WC/shower; laundry room with washing machine.
UPPER FLOOR
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds (one of them can take an extra bed) both leading to private shaded verandahs (both are parts of the uppers floor wide terrace) with beautiful view, a bath room with bath and a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, ideal for preparing a cup of tea or coffee without having to go downstairs.
