TSIOLIS STUDIOS - Block A are elevated from street level, allowing fantastic vies of the olive groves in the plateau; the mountains on your right hand side and views over to the sea on your left. The resort centre of Tsilivi is a 5 minute walk from the studios and the beach is a further 10 minutes stroll. All your necessary shops, bars, and restaurants are just along the road. Guest are welcome to use the swimming pools and facilities of three nearby hotels. Buses to Zante Town stop on the corner, 50m from the studios and run hourly.
TSIOLIS APARTMENT-Block A This brand new two bedroom apartment consists of one proper bedroom with a double bed that has a door that locks up for privacy. The other room has bunk beds. In order to get to the kitchen or bathroom you must pass by the kids' room. The two bedroom apartment is perfect for families with young children. It is not adequate for couples. This is on the downstairs floor with a huge terrace in connection with our beautiful garden making it very safe for children to play.
TSIOLIS STUDIOS - Block B are situated only 80m further down the road towards the centre of Tsilivi. These renovated studios have upstairs, private balconies with mountain or sea views.
Both buildings have the same services and facilities. All studios are all self catering with kitchenette that consists of fully stocked cupboards with everything you may need to make a proper meal. They are twin or double bedded with shower-wc, some can take extra beds if required. Each studio has a private balcony or terrace. Hot water is available all day. Each studio has a telephone for local and international calls. Our telephone system is computerized and calculates the cost of calls at the same rate as the public telephone booths. Also available is receptionist service and self programmed wake-up
We know the things that can make a self catering holiday a little more comfortable. All our rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold), satellite TV, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and a safety deposit box. Upon arrival you will find a welcome packet and a free mini bar. Another of our considerations to your comfort is daily maid service with frequent linen & towel changes. On a late departure we will do our best to make a room available until that time. We arrange taxi service to and from the airport, which brings you to your destination within minutes. Upon arrival we will be there to show you to your room. The owners, Dennis and Frances, speak fluent English & Greek and ensure that you receive the best attention at all times. For your comfort and ease our travel office offers you exchange, car rental, coach & boat trips or any information necessary to make your stay here worry free.
